Our phone line is intended for general, non-urgent communication and should not be used to discuss medical conditions or sensitive issues.

Appointment Scheduling

If you would like to make an appointment, please call (Tel. 929-460-4860) our clinic directly or use online scheduling.

  • If calling, please have your insurance card ready.
  • If scheduling online, the clinic will contact you to confirm your appointment.
  • For follow-up visits, the clinic will provide separate instructions on how to schedule.

Online Appointment Scheduling & View Available Times

Click the Schedule Appointment button on the main homepage.

  • You will be redirected to our appointment website.
  • Click Book, then select a visit reason from the **Select Visit Reason** dropdown menu (such as Follow-Up or New Patient Online Scheduling).
  • The available appointment dates and times will then be displayed.

If No One Answering the Phone?

Sometimes it may take a little time for us to answer the phone. Please leave a message with your name, phone number, a brief reason for your call, and the best time to reach you. We will return your call as soon as possible during regular office hours.

New Patient Preparation

When new patients call to schedule their first appointment, please have your insurance card ready. This helps us verify your coverage and streamline the scheduling process.
